There should be a record for being arrested a lot because this guy would take the cake. This Palatka, Florida man been arrested by police for offenses such as drug possession, trespassing, armed robbery a total of 101 times. The latest offense involves him selling drugs within 1,000 feet of a school. Would making/breaking a record count as doing something productive with your life, regardless of what that might be? You’d think cops would put him somewhere where he’d stop his ways, huh?
