The Brooking County Sheriff’s department in South Dakota busted that largest, underage party ever. It had a staggering 40 TOTAL students in attendance.

The party was discovered by teacher’s when the student’s at the school openly talked about the party in class. Teachers overheard the students and informed the sheriff’s department days in advance. 21 students were taken into custody after the police broke showed up at the party. They believe that as many as forty people were at the home for the event.

The residence where the party was held has previously is suspected to have held other parties in the past but police were never able to arrive at the home in time. That was probably because these so called parties only had a handful of people in attendance and it was easy for them to hide or get away. Anyway, 21-year-old David Murphy is charged with hosting the party and could face up to a $2,000 fine or a year in jail. Police also say two adults were in attendance and their names were passed to the state’s attorney.

I don’t know about you but what concerns me about this party is that it was hosted by a 21-year-old. Is this place so lame that this guy had nothing better to do? Didn’t he have friends his age to hang out with? I find it weird that this guy decided to host a party for high school kids. Maybe THAT should be looked in to.
