Harmless play-pen or devastating death-trap?

Imitating a cartoon television show, a few children decided to bury one of their own in a sandbox, head first. Buried from his head to his chest, 10-year-old Cody Porter began moving vigorously but the other children thought he was playing. When they realized something was wrong, they pulled him out and adults gave him CPR until an ambulance arrived. Cody is now in critical condition in the Children’s Hospital of Seattle, Washington. The sheriff’s office called it a tragic accident and no children were arrested.
