Can you think of some of the worst possible ways to install a satellite TV system? You know, blindfolded, drunk, or with your arms tied behind your back? Well how about using a gun? Yeah, a gun!

When 34-year-old Patsy Long of Missouri decided to install a new satellite television system in his home he decided to use a gun instead of a hammer to make a hole in the wall. Can you guess what happened? Well Patsy fired a couple of .22-caliber shots from a handgun into a wall after unsuccessfully punching holes through other means.

The guy’s wife was on the other side of the wall when he fired the second shot, which did make it through, striking her in the chest. Officials are now questioning whether to press charges. Normally, he would be charged with manslaughter but given this guy’s unbelievable stupidity, they’re not sure whether to do so. What was this guy thinking though? Who in their right mind thinks shooting at a wall is a good idea? Who knows how this will turn out.
