It’s a talking garbage truck! With facial features!

William M. Bowen was enjoying his night of debauchery with friends, drinking the night away. However, when he woke up the next day he realized he was in a garbage truck (or “commercial trash-collection truck” to be politically correct). Bowen screamed just in time, as the driver had just emptied a bin into the truck and was going to activate the trash compactor.

“He looked up and this gentleman was standing out the top of our truck,” said Larry Green, the market safety supervisor. The driver realized that the man was intoxicated when the only thing Bowen said was that he was cold. Apparently trash and waste don’t make good insulate!

Bowen told police that he had been drinking with friends at a Muncie bar on Thursday, staying there until about 3am. He did not tell the police how he ended up in a trash bin, or who he was hanging out with.

How do you think he ended up in the trash bin? Maybe his “friends” left him in there, almost killing him. Either way, at least Bowen survived, and hopefully he’ll not drink on trash night anymore.
