The country of Georgia is a small Eurasian country located just east of the Black sea (thank you Wikipedia!), bordered to the north by the fairly big Russia. Well Georgia accused Russia of violating its airspace and shooting down an unarmed unmanned reconnaissance drone without provocation. Russia denied, saying that no MiG jets flew near the country. Of course, being a reconnaissance drone, a camera equipped to the UAV captured video of it’s own death at the hands of an apparent MiG fighter. How macabre and cool! Wonder what it would have been thinking, you know, if it wasn’t just a drone.
