Share these at the wrong place and the wrong time and you might go to jail!
21-year-old Timothy Caudill did the unthinkable after being put in a residential community corrections program after breaking into a bar. The man callously bought an oatmeal creme pie from a vending machine and shared it with a fellow inmate. We say callously because the other inmate was on restriction and wasn’t allowed access to snacks. Prosecutors in Vinton County, Ohio are asking for Caudill’s probation to be revoked and for him to be put in prison for nine months. Caudill’s attorney called that idea “outrageous,” and stated that keeping him out of prison would open up a cell for a more serious offender. But what is more dangerous than sharing a Little Debbie snack cake? Seriously!
