Three women were celebrating a birthday at a Bensalem Pennsylvania bar Sunday when Andre Smith, in his infinite wisdom, insisted on interrupting their party and had the audacity to jump in their pictures. The women displayed their discontent for Smith, who was promptly kicked out of the bar by the bartender. Sadly, Smith then waited for the women outside the bar and mugged them.

Luckily, the thief only stripped them of their wallets and not the camera they held. After calling police, the women realized a description of the perpetrator was unnecessary as they had pictures of him, pictures Smith insisted on jumping in to. Police were easily able to identify the man, who was promptly arrested later that day. Police found the gun he used was a fake, He is now being held on $50,000 bail.

It’s likely the guy decided to mug them after realizing he would be able to party with them. Talk about a sore loser. This was probably his thought process:

*Smith to himself*: “Oh, they look like they could be fun. Maybe they’ll let me party with them if I annoy the hell out of them”
*Smith to himself*: “Darn they’re not letting me party. I’ll just jump in their pictures and be part of their memories.”
*Smith to himself after being kicked out*: “Eh, forget partying with them. How about I just mug them? Yeah, that’ll make up for it and really make me feel better. YAY!”

Too bad the guy was too slow to realize they had pictures of him but that could have been remedied if he had stolen the camera. Sadly, he was too slow to remember that as well.
