Governor of Montana speaks at commencement for class of one

Opheim High School had one graduating student this year, but it drew a big name for their commencement address: state Governor Brian Schweitzer. Jeff Greenwood was the lone graduating student, who had the privilege of being the student body president and senior class president… by default. He has a sense of humor about it though, saying that “the student-to-teacher ratio is pretty good”. He apparently took a few classes alone during his senior year, setting the curve everytime we bet. He’s going to go to Dickinson State University next year, where he’ll have to deal with peers and classmates. The horror! We wish we could have attended that graduation. The school can now brag that this year they successfully sent all their seniors to college, a noble goal for any school!
