We’ve featured stories of dogs making amazing returns home, but they wouldn’t have had to try so hard if they only knew how to talk. Mr. Yosuke Nakamura, a parrot, flew out of its cage and became lost, rescued by police two weeks ago from a neighbor’s roof. The parrot spent a night at the station before being transferred to a vet, and after a few days the parrot started talking. It told the veterinarian its full home address and name, and even sang a few songs to entertain the vets while they checked out his story. Everything was correct down the street number, and the parrot was reunited with its family, who had been teaching the bird its name and address for the last two years.
