We don’t know how Scotland will be able to enforce this, but a court order recently prohibited Andrew Allan from “approaching any females who are not known to him whilst under the influence of alcohol and using sexualized and/or threatening behavior towards them.” Why was Allan given this punishment? He recently admitted to sneaking into a woman’s bedroom to steal her underwear “as a trophy,” in addition to credit cards and money. What a man’s strange sexually charged burglary and hitting on women while drunk have in common escapes us, but we love the novel justice! He’s also getting probation for three years, a sex offender listing, a year long curfew, and is restricted from drinking or being drunk in public. Hope those “knickers” were worth it Mr. Allan, but now you’re even further away from the “real thing”.
