Nicknamed “Osama bin Laden,” a raging elephant in India managed to kill at least 11 people and injure several before being shot by enough bullets to take it down. For months the elephant had been terrorizing towns, and forest officials and police worked together in hunting down the wild animal. We’re not sure why Indian villagers settled on “Osama” as a nickname for the elephant, but many lived in fear because of the wild beast. The elephant was so notorious that hundreds of villagers flocked to see the dead elephant of terror. We suppose it’s good that this “Osama” has been hunted down and killed, but we are still hoping for the real thing soon.
