An Italian couple was charged with having sex in a public place after a church-goer heard the two going at it inside a church. Apparently the man was in morning mass when he heard rustling and moaning coming from a confessional. When he went to check it out, he pulled back the curtain and was shocked to find a goth couple having oral sex. They were completely indifferent about being found out. In fact, they defended themselves. Yeah, that’s not really gonna pass with police.

Police responded to the scene and arrested the couple. When asked why they had sex in the church, they said:

“We are atheists and for us, having sex in church is like doing it any other place.”

Unsurprisingly, the cathedral’s patrons do not share the same sentiment as the couple. The bishop plans on performing a special ceremony to “purify” the box. We’re all for freedom of religion but these people took it to far. Forget about how insulting it was for them to do it in the church, we’re more shocked they did it in a public place while people were there. Seems like they took it a bit too far. Chances are they’ll get off easy (no pun intended) but hopefully they learn a lesson.
