Brenden Adams, 13, from Ellensburg, Washington, is now 7ft 4 1/2ins tall but was born a normal 7lb 4oz. At 12 months he was the size of a three year-old.
By 8 he was as big as an adult but doctors didn’t know what was causing his growth spurt, until they discovered a problem with his chromosomes. Click for images: Source

Man I wish I was him. I reached 6 foot two inches at his age, but I was weight-lifting till I was sore and missed 2 days of school. After weight-lifting I could not grow any taller. I got strong fast but it was an unfair trade.

i saw him on that superhuman program and he looks like an awesome guy im 15 and i love tall people 7,4 thats wicked i wana be taller im only 5,5 hes well cute aswell lol he looks alot older than 13 i thought he was atleast 16 lol bless him.

I have read everyones comments and I don’t understand why people feel they have to lie so they don’t hurt someones feelings. I’m going to say what alot of people are thinking he looks like a chartoon character, and no he is not attractive at all…people that think he is cute must look pretty close to him, or have cataracts b/c he is far from cute….the tallness isn’t the issue here quit faking the funk he isn’t plesant to look at period. And yes I know everyone thinks I’m going to hell, however I’m a realists, and I dont care. I feel bad for him, just because he is ugly doesn’t mean I think he should suffer. That really is unfortunate. Just being real and saying what people are to afraid to say.

I saw him on TV the other night and he seemed like a really nice guy as well. My brother and I are tall. Dylan (12) is 6 feet and Devon (just ten this month) is 5’8. We havent met anyone taller than us at our age.

i’m pretty tall myself i must add…… im 6′ 7” and im only 13 last march… i think that the attention he is getting os to much. i know its amazing that hes only 13 but its not natral. i know its natural natual but it happened from some dissorder. its stupid how people get so much attention fo stuff like this when people like me who are “unenhanced” should get some respect. i bet hes the star of his school. but its not fare that something happens to him and he gets this giant attention spree.

WOW! I thought i was tall. In real life i have never met someone my hieght or taller. At age 7 i was as tall as my teacher at age ten i could say i was taller than the 8th graders in my school. I am a 12 year old teen, i am 265 pounds, i have 17 inch biceps, I can carry 4 people at once and i ccan bench I am 6’11 inches. I SWAER i duck through doors, but this kid is half a foot taller than me. I have no cromosome problems, i just come from a real tall family. Keep growing and maybe you can be the worlds tallest person EVER!!! GOOD LUCK

I wish I could talk to him, then I could know what it would feel like to be a tal person. I haven’t grown in the past 2 years and I am 15 an I stand 5’2″ and was told by my docter that I wil no longer grow. I really hope I can contact Brenden someday so then I can ask what it’s like to be tall so then I could atleast get a glimpse!
