TSC Direct conducted a customer satisfaction survey to understand more how their customers feel about the interaction with their employees. The three areas they concentrated on in the survey were service, interaction with customers, and the efficiency of communication between clients and the company.

According to the TSC Direct Reviews over ninety-six percent of customers answered that they would recommend the auto insurance company to others. When asked to rate the communication with customer service representatives, over fifty-two percent of customers found it to be excellent. However, not every customer was satisfied.
